care of the elderly is so bad these but when you feel you have done a good job and the boss says you have not what the heck are you supposed to say, believe me this is personal and my boss is such a wicked biiitch, she has actually stopped payment on our money (4of us) one at a time each monht as cambrideshire city council has not given her enough to pay us. I believe she has stopped the payment as there is not enough payment received from the payment department, if that is the case why why!! do we as carers have to wait, believe me this family have a lot of money!!!!! why cant she have her mum then more often ??? that would really solve this problem!! dont you you think this is so bad that i have to wait for payment after loking after and caring for an elderly person and dont get paid for 6 weeks because there is not enough funds? please help as I have quit on these grounds and would like some advice??!!
I would seek advice about this…try the citizens advice bureau..
If the cash-flow of the business is in this condition she should not be trading as she is bankrupt. That is if what she is telling you is true…
The carers are in a difficult situation as if they do not turn up for work, its the clients who suffer not the employer…

this is aw full good carers are hard to come by and you are doing a good iob and getting treated this way seek advice from the citizen advice or if you are not working a solicitor as she will do this to other people,Evan your local mp good luck
