That is probably how they will ration health care.
It makes far more sense to introduce economic competition to Physicians.
Currently in The United States of America there is an artificial shortage fo Physicians that prevents sompetition among Physicians for patients.
The shortage is artificially created by severly limiting the number of new Physicians who are trained each year.
Every year large numbers of very well qualified students are turned away from American Medical Schools.
We could easily expand the number of places for Medical Students by 4 or 5 times without reducing the quality of students who are accepted into Medical School.
If we increased the number of Medical Graduates in The United States of America by 4 or 5 times that would intorduce economic competition among Doctors and would force Doctors wages and the cost of Medical Care down.
That would be much cheaper than National Health Care and would solve the problem of the cost of Medical Care.
